The Social Network

When I was a child beauty was enticing to me. I used to think every beautiful person is a good person. :)

When I grew up a little and I was in my teens anyone who is good at speaking good English seems to be a great person to me. I used to think they are the real learned ones :)

After that when I became an adult any person with head full of knowledge seems like a great person to me. I used to think they know the difference between good and bad hence they are wise and good people. :)

Now being a middle aged person I realized how stupid I was all these years. I realized that all those people I admired for their qualities are imperfect and so very ordinary human beings just like me.

Most people are materialistic, selfish and cynical. Some people basically lack integrity / accountability and some absolutely do not have any sense of truth.

I always believed I'm below them with my own set of imperfections in many ways but realized I'm far more better person than them in so many ways.

Watched 'The Social Network' yesterday. There was something in that movie that made me write this post.

"You might be a genius billionaire to the world, yet you are an 'asshole' to that girl Erica. It's about the things one value and it's all about the priorities Mr.Mark. I'm sorry you've to refresh the page often." :)
