Kasauli,Himachal Pradesh

Our journey to the abode of the snow was originated from Kasauli..It is a small yet beautiful hill station near Chandigarh city..Having our relatives there helped us to plan the further..It is located at an altitude of 1950 meters above sea level.. It has few tourist attractions like Sanawar, Dharmpur, Monkey Point, Sabathu, Dagshai..Among all the must see tourist places in Kasauli,Monkey Point is one of the highest points in the hill station that endows with the panoramic view of distant plains of Chandigarh and River Sutlej...Between July and August the climate is really fantastic,we surely feel like we are in the clouds...The plains in night will make you feel as if you are above the sky and stars are on earth.
Here you can see few pics..:-)

Kasauli is indeed a beautiful place, though belonging to Shimla, I haven't had the chance to visit Kasauli more than once.

  43. I love kasauli hills. I have spent most of my time over there. I would like to walk in mountains, specially near railway track. I love toy train. I love to ride my bike in kasauli, it prevents me from traffic also. Now a days there is so much family's visiting over there and because of this, there are so many cars and it causing so much traffic, which is so annoying. But whenever i visit in kasauli, i feel fresh every time. It gives so much peace inside my body.
